How to Change or Reset the Fund Code for My BITGP Account?
Step 1: Access Security Settings

Tap the Account Center icon and go to your profile section.

Select Security, then tap Fund Code.
Step 2: Change or Reset Your Fund Code
Scenario 1: If You Want to Change or Update Your Fund Code

Tap [Change Fund Code].

Enter your new Fund Code.

Make sure your Fund Code meets the following criteria:

8–32 characters
-
Includes at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character
-
Choose a secure code that's easy to remember but hard to guess
-

Re-enter your new Fund Code to confirm, then tap [Submit]
Scenario 2: If You Forgot Your Fund Code and Want to Reset It

Tap [Change Fund Code], then select Forgot your fund code?

Enter your new Fund Code.

Ensure it meets the same requirements as above:

8–32 characters
-
Includes at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character

Re-enter the code to confirm and tap [Submit]
Step 3: Complete Verification

If changing your Fund Code: Enter your current Fund Code, along with the verification codes sent to your email, phone (SMS), or Google Authenticator.

If resetting your Fund Code: You only need to enter the verification codes from your email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.

Tap [Confirm] to complete the process.
Important:
After changing or resetting your Fund Code, withdrawals and P2P trading will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours to ensure your asset security. These features will automatically be re-enabled after this period.
