Step 1: Access Security Settings

  1. Tap the Account Center icon and go to your profile section.

  2. Select Security, then tap Fund Code.

Step 2: Change or Reset Your Fund Code

Scenario 1: If You Want to Change or Update Your Fund Code

  1. Tap [Change Fund Code].

  2. Enter your new Fund Code.

  3. Make sure your Fund Code meets the following criteria:

    • 8–32 characters

    • Includes at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character

    • Choose a secure code that's easy to remember but hard to guess

  4. Re-enter your new Fund Code to confirm, then tap [Submit]

Scenario 2: If You Forgot Your Fund Code and Want to Reset It

  1. Tap [Change Fund Code], then select Forgot your fund code?

  2. Enter your new Fund Code.

  3. Ensure it meets the same requirements as above:

    • 8–32 characters

    • Includes at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one special character

  4. Re-enter the code to confirm and tap [Submit]

Step 3: Complete Verification

  • If changing your Fund Code: Enter your current Fund Code, along with the verification codes sent to your email, phone (SMS), or Google Authenticator.

  • If resetting your Fund Code: You only need to enter the verification codes from your email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.

  • Tap [Confirm] to complete the process.

Important:
After changing or resetting your Fund Code, withdrawals and P2P trading will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours to ensure your asset security. These features will automatically be re-enabled after this period.

  1. Can I disable the Fund Code instead of resetting it?
    Yes, but it’s not recommended as it lowers the security of your account.

  2. Can I reuse the same code for both my Fund Code and other security settings?
    No. For better protection, use a unique Fund Code that’s different from your login password or 2FA code.

  3. What if I don’t receive the verification code when resetting my Fund Code?
    Double-check that you’ve entered the correct email or phone number. If it’s correct, check your spam or junk folder. You can also try resending the code.
