How to Reset Multiple Security Items in Your BITGP Account?
Step 1: Initiate the Recovery Process
- Access the Self-Service Section
- Go to the Self-Service Section on the BITGP Support page.
- Select Reset 2FA and choose the specific security item(s) you need to reset.
- Answer Security Questions
- Location: Specify the geographical location where you last accessed your account.
- Device: Indicate whether you logged in using a mobile device or desktop.
- Provide Account Activity Details
- Assets Information: List the assets currently in your account and any you’ve marked as favorites.
- Trading History: Describe the types of trades you’ve conducted on the platform (e.g., spot trading, futures trading, or copy trading).
- Upload Supporting Documents
- Submit a clear photo of your identity document: Ensure all details on your ID are legible.
- Upload a selfie holding your ID: Position the ID next to your face, making sure both are fully visible and clear.
- If you’ve made a deposit: Provide withdrawal records, including the exact currency, amount, and date of withdrawal. Retrieve these details from the withdrawal platform’s transaction history. Screenshots of deposit records are not accepted.
- Note: Files must be in PNG, JPG, or JPEG format (up to 2MB for images) or MP4 format (up to 20MB for videos).
