Announcement Regarding Support for Polygon (POL) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear BITGP Users,

BITGP will suspend deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the Polygon (POL) network starting from May 21, 2026, at 21:00 (UTC+8) to support the upcoming Polygon (POL) network upgrade and hard fork. This measure is taken to ensure the best user experience and network security.

The Polygon (POL) project team is expected to perform the network upgrade and hard fork at block height 87,218,600, estimated to occur at 22:00 (UTC+8) on May 21, 2026.

Please Note:

• Trading services for tokens on the Polygon (POL) network will remain unaffected.
• Users are advised to deposit tokens in advance if necessary.
• BITGP will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.
• Deposits and withdrawals for the affected network will be reopened once the network is deemed stable. No further announcement will be made.
